Hi! I am so glad that you came to visit my website. My name is Sheila, but to the children I care for, and to their families, I am known as “Miss Sheila”.

I am the owner, operator, and early childhood educator of a small home-based family daycare called Belle Family Day Care, located in Middletown, NY. The name Belle was chosen in memory of my Grandmother who cared for me and my sisters when we were little, at a time when my mother decided to go back to school to become a teacher. You’d want to know my grandmother. She was one of the sweetest people you’d ever meet!

I'm dedicated to the profession of early education and especially providing "little ones" the comfort of a loving, nuturing, and safe environment.

I believe that "little ones" do best when child-to-caregiver ratios are kept low, so I do not enroll more than 6 daycare children at a time.
